Here's How It Is

The diet alterations are working out well. I'm at 171.8 lbs which is about 3 lbs less than when I started 2 weeks ago. I'm pleased so far. And because you demanded it, I dressed down (fashionwise not clothingwise) to record my visage this morning. Here you go:

  1. You look great! And sadly enough for me, weigh less than me. And if you are borderline obese I am scared to know that that makes me. I think I will join you in your diet. Are you doing something specific like weigh watchers or just eating better? Do tell your secrets!

  2. Get yourself some weights and start pumping a little iron.Working good for me and I'm 65 you youngster. If you can stick at your diet you can work some dumbbells for at least 3 months every other day. Try this measure you waist and go at it till your chest is a minimum of 8 inches larger. Your looking pretty good so far and you have the advantage of being young.:)
